Lap Swim
Lap swimming is ideal for those looking for a gentle, whole-body workout.
Maximize your cardio and build strength
Swimming uses all your muscles simultaneously to develop core body strength. It stretches and lengthens your body with no impact on your joints. And you may find the rhythmic, repetitive motions both relaxing and meditative. Reservations required. Please call (316) 775-6688 to reserve your one-hour spot.

Pool Parties
Our indoor pool and party room are a perfect choice for kid’s pool parties!
Be the life of the pool party
Kids can celebrate their birthday with a splash! Parents can relax while kids splash and play in our heated, indoor pool under the watchful eyes of a lifeguard and/or rescue diver. Non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult.
